Refund policy

The Design Atelier takes great care in curating and delivering our products. We have strict curation criteria, stringent quality control checks, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product delivered is different from the item in the order confirmation email.

• If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Products will be considered for exchange or return only if unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original packaging and labels will not be accepted. Briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms, and blouses will not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on discounted products.

The Design Atelier will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items reach us in new condition as described above. Upon undertaking a quality test and thorough inspection, The Design Atelier will inform you about its decision on whether the return was accepted or rejected within five working days of receiving the product. If The Design Atelier accepts the return request, the value of the product will be credited to the original account/mode of payment within seven to ten working days of receiving the product. However, if The Design Atelier rejects the return/exchange, we will ship the product back to you.

No Exchanges or Refunds for Made-to-Order Standard Sizes: The Design Atelier maintains a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy for standard-size items ordered on a made-to-order basis, including instances where the item does not align with personal expectations. Clients are strongly advised to ensure all selections meet their requirements prior to placing an order by speaking to the customer service agent if necessary. By proceeding with a made-to-order standard size purchase, the client agrees to these terms without any exceptions.
